for Product Returns and Shipping
At ITALICA Technologies
We value customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products. However, in the case that a product needs to be returned or if there are shipping concerns, the following conditions apply:
1. Return Notification Period: You have seven (7) days from the date of delivery to notify us of any issues with your product. Returns will only be accepted upon approval from ITALICA Technologies.
2. Factory Defects Only: Returns will only be authorized for products with factory defects. Any issues outside of this scope will not be eligible for a return.
3. Shipping Costs: ITALICA Technologies does not cover shipping costs for returns. All return shipping fees must be borne by the customer.
4. Authorization Required: Any product return must be authorized by ITALICA Technologies before proceeding. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
5. Shipping Damage: ITALICA Technologies is not responsible for any damages caused by shipping companies. Any damages incurred during shipping must be processed and resolved directly with the shipping company responsible.
Liability Disclaimer
Cycling, including riding electric bicycles, involves inherent risks that may lead to serious injury or death. Riders are solely responsible for their safety and should be fully informed and prepared for safe riding practices. Upon receiving the bicycle, ITALICA Technologies strongly recommends that customers have a certified bicycle mechanic perform a thorough inspection of all components to ensure the bike is safe to ride.
ITALICA Technologies products come partially assembled and must be supervised and inspected by a qualified mechanic before use. ITALICA Technologies makes no warranties regarding the condition or proper adjustment of any parts upon delivery, including but not limited to: brakes, battery, frame, motor, motor controller, display, electrical components, grips, fork, stem, drivetrain, wheels, tires, and accessories. It is essential to inspect your bicycle before each ride to verify all parts are secure and functioning correctly.
